Meditation:
There have been multiple research studies that show how mediation can help manage anxiety with as little as just one session!
Once you are a member, simply send a text to our service "I am having anxiety" and we will select one of our many meditations aimed to help with anxiety and reply with a direct link to that meditation. You simply click the link and follow along.
Three Good Things:
Three good things is a simple gratitude exercise that helps refocus your attention on a few of the good things in your life. By taking just a few minutes to do this, you will decrease your anxiety today and, according to scientists, for months to come.

Gratitude Journaling:
Taking just a couple of minutes to write down what you are grateful for a couple times a week has been demonstrated to increase happiness, reduce anxiety, and improve self-esteem.

Get More Sleep:
Sleep is an area that has been heavily researched. Our bodies need a good night's sleep and, the way we look at the world, is impacted by the quality of our sleep. Take 2 Minutes has multiple sleep exercises that can help you get to sleep quickly.
Keep Track of Your Emotions:
Doing an emotional check-in at least once a day is a way for you to keep track of what is working and what is not...and emotional check-ins are included with nearly every activity.
