At any time you can request a gratitude journal link, a "gratjo link", via text by texting "send me a gratjo link", or by signing in.
Use the form to enter something for which you are grateful. Explain in as much detail as you have time for specifically why you are grateful.
Writing down things for which you are grateful at
least twice a week has been shown to reduce stress, increase happiness, and improve self-esteem.
You can even make Gratitude Journal entries with a simple Text Message!
Once you are a member, send a text to us that begins with: 'I am grateful for'
and we will place the entire message into your gratitude journal.
